Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If we are unable to supply your order within the advertised timeframe or within a reasonable time, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where required by law.

7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Change of mind and trial returns

ImproveHaus may offer voluntary return options on selected products in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For most eligible products, change-of-mind returns may only be accepted if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, subject to our Returns Policy.

The ImproveHaus Sleep Alignment System is subject to a separate 30-night trial policy as described in our Returns Policy.

• branding

• product page layouts

is owned by ImproveHaus or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ImproveHaus is not liable for loss arising from:

• misuse of products

• incorrect installation or setup

• failure to follow care or setup instructions

• unauthorised alteration of a product
